REFUND / CANCELLATION

At Style Shadow, we strive to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully:

 

Order Cancellations

 

Before Shipment: If you need to cancel an order, please reach out to us at info.styleshadow@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

 

After Shipment: Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it. You may, however, initiate a return after receiving the item (see details below).

 

 

Returns & Refunds

 

We accept returns only if the item is defective or the incorrect product was sent.

 

Defective or Incorrect Item: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of receiving the order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible. We’ll guide you through the return process.

 

Return Condition: All items should be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

 

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 2-3  business days. In some cases, it may take longer depending on your bank's processing times.

 

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

Please note that due to the nature of our products, certain items (such as custom or personalized orders) are not eligible for returns unless defective.
